SUPLEX CITY — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing SUPLEX CITY (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not play.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or have parental permission)
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Have the right to enter into this agreement

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your account and username
• All activity under your account
• Keeping your account information confidential
• Not sharing your account with others

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame other players
• Share offensive, illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Impersonate real people or organizations
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or use cheats
• Spam or flood the chat system
• Share personal information of others without consent

5. Game Content Ownership

All game content, including but not limited to:

• 3D models, textures, and visuals
• Code and game mechanics
• District designs and landmarks
• Characters, names, and logos
• Any original creative work

...are owned by SUPLEX CITY or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these without permission.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

SUPLEX CITY staff may:

• Delete offensive or illegal content
• Mute, suspend, or ban accounts
• Investigate reports of misconduct
• Make moderation decisions at our sole discretion

All enforcement decisions are final.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS-IS" with no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted uptime or availability
• Bug-free or error-free experience
• Data security or loss prevention
• Fitness for a particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPLEX CITY and its developers are NOT liable for:

• Any damages arising from gameplay or account suspension
• Lost game progress or account data
• Server downtime or technical failures
• Harassment or misconduct by other players
• Third-party actions or content

9. Changes to Terms & Game

We may update these Terms or the Game at any time. Continued play constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
